International Forum Transport Infrastructure, Russia 2011

Specialized Congress and Exhibition for promotion of innovation-based technologies and services for modern transport systems

This conference will follow up the discussions at the ‘Intelligent Transport 2010’ International conference devoted to development of the federal law ‘Intelligent Transport of the Russian Federation’ that was successfully held in November 2010 in Moscow under the auspices of the ‘Infrastructure of Russia’ project of the ‘United Russia’ party. The discussions will be focused on intelligent mobility for reliable and safe passenger and cargo transportation in urban conditions. The main topics will include:

  • Legal support to implementation of modern information and communication technologies; (follow up on the resolution approved at the First Conference in November 12, 2010)
  • Role of innovative ITS systems in transport flow management;
  • Presentation of transport infrastructure projects incorporating elements of innovative ITS applications and technologies
  • Investment possibilities in the sphere of highways
  • Increasing efficiency of the transport system in Russia through active implementation of innovative ITS systems
  • Navigation and technical support for ITS systems
  • Software for automated management of traffic on highways and in urban conditions;
  • Electronic systems for collecting tolls intended for operations in the existing highway network and the highways under construction;
  • ‘Intelligent transport’ - the most recent solutions and developments;
  • World experience in operating innovative ITS systems.
